PRAIRIE SOIL CONSULTING, LLC
PRAIRIE SOIL CONSULTING, LLC
Prairie Soil Consulting, LLC is a soil mapping and consulting company formed in 2006 by C.J. Heidt and Mike Ulmer, Professional Soil Classifiers registered in North Dakota. We specialize in high-intensity soil surveys, wetland and hydric soil determination, sedimentation studies, ordinary high water mark determinations, and septic field site evaluations.
We work independently -- or as part of an interdisciplinary team. We have access to other specialists as project needs require (e.g. additional Registered Professional Soil Classifiers, Engineers, Biologists, Botanists, GIS and GPS Specialists) and have provided timely soil expertise to many other consulting firms and specialists.
